      Bought a monitor from them and bought the 3-year warranty. It's not working after a year and now I tried to contact them for millions of times. NO ANSWER AT ALL! I don't live near the store so will have to pay a visit with no clue of how this issue is going to be sorted. Very bad after purchase customer service.
