Very nice place to stay had the most amazing experience here very comfortable bed and pillows for a great nights sleep rooms have everything you will need

Really well priced , had all the facilities we needed . Staff were also so lovely .

We stayed here last night, we loved how close to town it was, easy walking distance to go out for dinner, very clean and staff were so friendly and helpfully

Elevated next to the Park with views out to the beach at Caroline Bay with a range of restaurants next door. I'd say this property hasn't changed much since the 80s, as the furnishings and fixtures are all original I'd say but, it was roomy and had everything we needed. Separate bedroom, combined full kitchen, dining and lounge with a small balcony. The lounge looked out to the coast and out over the park which was lovely. Only one issue for me (having a fear of heights) is that the external stairs are open so you can see through to the ground. Would stay again though and owner is lovely.

Great location. Very accessible to town. My mother in law stays here every time she visits from the Waikato because the rooms are clean and fully equipped with everything you need when visiting for a week.
