      We had stayed here for our wedding night, got a complimentary champagne and a nice room with the view of the city shown in the photo.
      Breakfast included an average enough variety.

      A reasonably priced hotel located in the town centre. It took a while before we realised that we could take a lift directly down to Lambton Quay. Breakfast buffet is adequate but not as impressive as other Novotels that I've stayed in. Not a huge choice on the dinner menu but plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Staff were all friendly. Will probably stay again as I'm an Advantage Plus member and with it come benefits like complimentary drinks and discounts on food.

      Always a joy staying here. The breakfast is definitely one of the best ones on offer in a hotel. Couldn't get enough of their delicious smoothy shots.

      The hotel staff was very nice, location is perfect, room was clean and our experience was just excellent. i would like to recommend it to anyone visiting the big city ;-)
