Visited this cafe for brunch and loved the vegetarian selections on the menu. I had the corn fritters which came in a generous portion size. The ambiance is very relaxed much like its surrounding. Overall would recommend.

I popped by for a mid-morning coffee. Clean and presentable. Friendly and unobtrusive service. Date balls to die for. Very nice coffee. Left happy.

Came here recently while on holiday in Wellington, our hotel was across the road and we discovered a Grabone deal so thought we'd give it a try. Lovely atmosphere inside and the staff greeted us warmly when we arrived. We both had the big breakfast, neither of us wanted the mushrooms or black pudding so requested an extra hash brown instead and this was no problem. Our meals came out quickly and everything was cooked perfectly. My husband also ordered a fresh orange juice which was delicious. Would definitely return again if in Wellington and nearby.

I visited for lunch and I really liked the avocado seed cracker dish and the grilled skirt steak. The flavours were really good and delicious. The signature ricotta and blueberry hot cake is also a must order if you’ve not tried it before (best to share though).

Pretty neato spot further up on Willis street. It's pretty good if you work nearby like in the Majestic centre. it really is an underrated part of town and it has lots of other awesome eaterys and cafes around it which is excellent. Their food is really good. I highly recommend the breakfast. And their coffee is typically excellent for Wellington.
