L'Occitane Store

Small location but carries the regular range and some of the more specialty items. Staff are always friendly and helpful, the store is always immaculate and I love the fact they take the time to explain each item and offer gift wrapping as well.

Popped in overthe weekend to pick up some of their rose secnted items for a Christmas present. This store is small and not pram friendly. The staff are always nice. The prices are quite high though but its ok if you just pick up a few little things to add to a gift basket.

I was attracted to this store previously, until I learned more about natural cosmetics, and L'Occitane appears les-than-perfect for nature lovers, with a bit of greenwashing involved. It's also seriously overpriced, and the store gets too busy at lunchtime. New Zealand made natural cosmetics is money better spent!

I love the new handbag sized hand creams tubes, they are a steal at only $20 and make great gifts. I always have 1 or 2 on hand to keep in my handbag.
