      Dropped off a shirt to be shortened and hemmed and a dress to have the pockets sewn up a week ago. They told me I could pick them up today so I turned up at 430pm and all that had been done was the bottom of the shirt had been chopped off. No hem, no pockets sewn.
      Then they told me to wait 20 minutes while they did a rush job on them. These were two quite important items. No thanks. I wont go back, rubbish service. They had one week and two very small jobs to do and neither were done.

      Waste of time.

      Very friendly and helpful staff, work is usually done on time. They are always willing to help with the customers need. Whatever I need to fix they did it.

      Shoe and bag repair conveniently located in Wellington railway station - great for dropping off/picking up on the way to/from work when commuting by train. They do all sorts of repairs. Had my shoes done and they did a good job! Prices are similar to other repair shops I've used. They also pick up drycleaning in the morning and return same day.
