They are more concerned with the provenance of the animal and their own admin process than what you are here for and your animal welfare. No ability nor demonstration to meet your animal's urgent needs, listening to themselves only. Not a look at the animal. They even referred me to the SPCA (complaint?!) who called me the following hour asking me what happened. I explained them I had to rush to another clinic after intrusive and rude questioning. Case closed. Kitten now better thanks to the other clinic who addressed her straight away. Karori clinic obviously forgot what this business is about.
