Their new system in improving their service is great especially the patients' feedback system. Hope many patients will use it.
We love our GP. She really does her job and thoroughly checks her patients and provide clear explanations of her diagnosis and not just a "yes" or "no" answer or a complete "dead air" when a patient does not get to ask questions or clarifications.
We recommended her to my friend who needed to consult a doctor. My friend's cancer was detected early and she's now undergoing treatment. Hope all the other GPs follow her example.

Our GP there (Dr. Ashley) was thorough and very good at explaining diagnosis then gives sound medical advice. That's the reason we didn't transfer even after house move. Giving only 4 stars as one of the receptionists is not friendly. One time we arrived on-time for our appointment but she told me we were late and that it's the reason their appointment system machine didn't work when I tried. It turned out their clock is 5 minutes advance. When I was telling her about it, she didn't want to listen and just said 'it's alright' to cut me off.

I have a good GP who takes care of my interests. I like having this Medical Centre close by as the staff have always been efficient and I know if I need them they will be there.

Called up and got an appointment within 2 hours. After arriving I was greeted warmly and took a seat before being seen by Dr. Ross Anderson.

Dr. Anderson was thorough and very efficient and made sure he answered all my questions and diagnosed my ailment with me going upstairs for blood tests, which at an appointment two days later confirmed his diagnosis.

Overall, very efficiant and friendly staff who I would highly recommend

Went here for the first time today. The doctor I saw was so kind, thorough, and committed to getting answers. Very impressed!
