I picked up a tv from here for cheap and am happy with how it works

Fantastic service! The store was busy but I was approached within a few minutes by Thomas who helped me choose a laptop, sort a decent price, help me with accessories and did it all with a smile and great knowledge. Unfortunately the laptop was not in stock but we organised to have one ordered in. Very impressed with this store and their friendly salespeople!

Oftentimes you can't beat JB Hi-Fi for price. It's a relatively small store, tucked away behind the BNZ foodcourt, but has a surprising range of merchandise—from MacBooks to anime and games, to televisions and phone accessories. It's one of those stores you can spend an hour in, perusing the various sections, which come with staff members' personal recommendations, which is a nice touch.

I have to admit, the security person patrolling the entrance is off-putting, and not the ideal way to welcome someone to the store.

Other than that, it's a fun way to relax and unwind—or pounce on one of their fabulous deals.

Good competitive prices. Sadly almost no customer service whatsoever, and not when busy. USually the security guard ends up providing customer service.
