Normally very good service but today we were left disappointed with the lack of customer service. We had pre-oderered a CD and told to come back in a few days to pick it up. We went to pick the CD up today - the woman behind the counter was unhelpful and not interested in what we were there for. I'm hopeful it was just a bad day.

Really love this store, the range of DVDs and CDs is excellent and the staff are very knowledgeable about the products they stock. I purchased a star wars box set after the sales person pointed me in the right direction of which one I needed (I know nothing of star wars!)

Great selection of DVD's, decent vinyl collection, electronics and Apple products. Not bad pricing. Bought a couple of hard to find vinyls there, as well as hard to find tv series on dvd.

Great place to shop for electronics. Their location is pretty central so it is very convenient. Have shopped here for some security cameras. Their staff are really helpful and friendly.
