      I went to Jam for a hair trim and to touch up my blond highlights. Staff was nice but I can't say the same for how my hair turned out. Somehow I ended up with a dark brown blah hair color. The blond color I had when I came in was gone and there were no visible highlights. After I called the stylist, Carly, to ask what she did to my hair she explained she used toner and that it would wash out after several washes... what's the point of touching up highlights if you're gonna walk out of the salon with darker hair than you started with. I'm not sure what's under all this toner and definitely regret spending $275 to end up with the opposite of what I wanted.
