Went in for the breakfast deal ($10 big brekky!) but missed it by 15 mins so paid full price for the full breakfast. It was large in portion and standard pub food. Interior was dark and other customers were having a fight on the other side of the bar. Not for me but still a good potion size.

Decent range of beers on tap & pub grub. A great atmosphere in the weekends with a live band usually on stage. The bar upstairs is also good with a number of pool tables available.

A fun bar, with sports, with bands, with atmosphere second to none. Very casual, and great even for a sunday session with your irish friends.

My favourite place to go for an after work drink. They have five pool tables that are free to use (with a $20 bond that is refunded when you return the balls). There is often live music which creates a great atmosphere, and having an upstairs and downstairs area really helps to make the place seem so much bigger than it actually is. The booths are also really cozy and private to sit in. Really good pub food that sometimes can be hard to find in inner-cities in NZ.

Very cliche bar in the best of ways if that is your thing. Great for watching the rugby at!
