Very friendly staff, quick turn around time, have the issues fixed in no time, however, they didn't fix all the issues, we ended up replacing the unit

Great service from start to finish, had a major problem, and the 2 guys that turned up, were very professional, the kept me informed with the progress and the do's and dont's (using the shower, bathroom etc) - they removed all the crap that the drain overflowed with, and then disinfected the area, which was beyond customer service - I highly recommend this business

Really impressed. Burst hot water cylinder early yesterday morning. Left messages with two others, albeit early in the morning, but hawkins called me back with 10 minutes. Had a plumber call me within the hour, checking my details and was at our place within the next hour.
Very professional, friendly, and offered me a number of cheaper options to look at if I wanted.
