The customer service here was exemplary, so friendly and ready to help - this is what keeps me coming back. Its pretty easy to make a good coffee, but it harder to be nice to every single customer which is what these guys do every day. Good coffee, great service and excellent food too.

Pretty run of the mill coffee place just of Lambton quay. You know what you are getting at least. The coffee is good without being sensational and their food options are pretty decent. Clean, warm and nice interior makes this place a safe bet for elderly rellys and family catch ups.

What I love about this place is no matter where you go in New Zealand Gloria Jeans is always consistently good. I love the salad choices here

They have great cabinet food here, have good light lunch options. The food variety is good, great sandwiches and the prices are reasonable. The coffee here is good too. The staff here are really friendly and the service was fast.

Place had a good vibe when you walk in and the food looks amazing. I only stayed for a coffee but it was a nice coffee, good service, fast too which was great even though they were busy.
