Excellent service with the ability to taste before buying. The whole range is spectacular but the dark chocolate, fire and inferno and super crunchy are the winners in my book.

If you love peanut butter, this is a must visit while you are in Welly. The food is well presented and the 'hole in the wall' location makes it the perfect spot for some instagram pics!

Love the variety of choices! You must try ‘smoke and fire’ if you are fans of hot and spicy food. Dark chocolate, fruit toast, super crunchy are my pick. Love the almond one but can be a bit dry. Finally got a chance to visit its lovely ‘shop’ in Wellington. You can buy various sized bottles, souvenir there with the freshly made toast with peanut butter, too!

Came across F&F last year and have been our favourite since! We love their butters, smooth and rich and sustainable. They have a great range to suit both sweet and savoury tastebuds. Our personal favourite is the chocolate butter!
