The staff were very happy to try and help locate some DS games that I was after and even checked stock at other shops which was awesome. They were friendly and welcoming! The shop is very small with a lot jammed in there but other wise its very tidy, clean and arranged in a manner that you aren't overwhelmed. The prices are comparative with other shops gaming prices that I saw however its a great place to grab a bargain for preowned games. Price wise are a huge discount! Located in the mall it is very close to one of the entrance doors that is closest to countdown, so you don't have to try and locate it through out the mall which is nice considering how big Sylvia park is.

Have some really good sales and cheap second hand games. Staff are quite knowledgeable or happy to look things up if unsure
