This is a very clean and efficient place to shop. Before COVID-19 I had never had to queue at the checkout.

Quality range of products.... helpful customer service! Countdown are increasing their sales to align with other supermarkets so makes it a bit more competitive..... their bakery is awesome1

Good range of fruit and vegetables. Nice big supermarket that’s generally always clean and tidy when I do a quick shop in store.

Surprisingly, I actually prefer the Countdown in the Johnsonville Mall. I have found that this Countdown often lacks products that the other Countdown does stock, and some products are not merchandised in intuitive locations. I also asked a staff member for help locating something, and she was unable to help, but didn't seek out anyone else who might know. However, I have never had to wait in line for a checkout, due to the large quantity of self-checkouts.
