Copthorne Hotel Wellington Oriental Bay

Spent the night here for the husbands birthday. Room was amazing and beautiful Harbourview. Close to supermarket and the waterfront which was handy aswell.

Great location and views. Staff were lovely. Room was not ready on time but received a complimentary cheese board and a personalised card apologising which was a nice touch.
Unfortunately what let it down was the kitchen area. There was dirty cutlery, the cupboards had food marks and the outer fridge door was dirty and sticky. Only one wine glass, one dinner plate and 3 bowls and two side plates. The cushions on the couch were old and need changing, especially since one had mould on it. This was a higher end room so disappointed to see this in such an otherwise beautiful hotel.

Great views, spacious rooms and by the waterfront. Service was great too! Had a wonderful stay.

Great views, clean and tidy rooms. Staff look very smart and are very friendly. Lovely indoor swimming pool and good to have access to a local gym. Breakfast was delicious. Would recommend this premise to visitors. Check out the breakfast I had.
