Used this gym over the years. Whilst small it has good range of equipment. Staff helpful and professional. Good air flow during summer period and changing rooms well equipped.

Older and small compared to the paraparaumu and wellington gym but good range of equipment otherwise

A brilliant place to work out and not feel judged.

We started here almost a year ago and were given great welcomes and free bags, water bottles when we signed up.

The gym is really big with weights downstairs and a couple of rooms you can use when classes are not in action.

We've used all of the cardio machines and boxing bags and find the weights downstairs can be brilliant to use during the weekend when they are quiet.

The 24 hours access is great and lots of car parking means there is no excuse not to work out!

Good location and really good layout, quite a large space. Would reccommend.
