Cable Car Museum

Love the Cable Car Museum and learning about the history of the Cable Car

Great history about the cable car in wellington, and situated on the top of the hill overlooking the city. They often have live music playing here, so it's great for tourists as well as locals.

I took the cable car to get to the botanic gardens and the museum was located right at the top. The car prices were very cheap, only $2.50 return for a student i think. Checked out the museum to read a little bit of the history which was interesting. There's a cable car on display inside that we could sit in

We went here on the weekend during our trip to Wellington very interesting and something different to look at

Great museum with history of the cable cars, lots to see, read and watch. Great photo ops on the older cars and great views from outside. Recommend a visit.
