I took the cable car from Lambton Quay to Kelburn Lookout. Caught a bird's eye view of Wellington from there. Then I proceeded to the museum where I learned about the history behind the cable car. The museum was small but interesting. Nice place to visit to complete the cable car experience!

Well presented museum and plenty of interactive exhibits too. Really interesting videos and very cool machinery on the lower level. Perfect location for a stroll through the gardens too.

I took all my overseas friends visit the museum when we took the cable car, very interesting place.

Its great to be able to go on the cable car then see the history behind it in the museum. Good displays
