If you're planning a relaxing afternoon on Oriental Parade, then Beach Babylon is a must. It's certainly unique among cafes—they fully committed to their kitsch, electric, retro vibe. And it's delightful, full of conversation starters.
They do a mean coffee, and lovely food with vegan options. The staff are kind and smiley, and there's outdoor seating if it's still, sunny day. An easy 4.5 stars.

Very handy location on the bay, the chicken salad was very nicely done, highly recommended to visit for lunch

Located smack bang in the middle of Oriental Parade (you could not get a better location!) Beach Babylon is a must visit cafe. With all its quirky memorabilia and beautiful coffee and food its just wonderful!

Great food and great location! Beachy 70s vibe. The foods amazing and they have good cocktails. They even have a menu for dogs!

Burgers are a must here - delicious! Great cocktails too. Also a good place to take the kids. But would definitely go back for the burgers!
