Loved loved this hotel. The staff was pleasant and attentive. It was clean and i love how they preserved the history of the hotel.

Bay plaza has some of the best service of a hotel in wellington. The staff are fantastic!

Great location, very good service, pretty average room and facilities for the price.

Another work stopover and found that this was a lovely hotel and I luckily got a harbour view room, the restaurant served very tasty food and the room was very clean, well put together and the bed was ok, the staff were nice and friendly.
