As pubs in NZ go, it's all about the theme. Beers and food are usually similar all around, but the whole decorative aspect. Definitely worth crossing off your pub list.

affordable tap beer & house wine most nights of the week, always busy after work with an eccentric mixture of people and great music to keep the atmosphere entertaining.

This place is amazing for a couple of reasons. Saturday night karaoke is absolutely awesome. The best in Wellington! Also the $20 big jug of local brew goes a long way. A must visit on a Saturday night after 9pm.

Had my cousins birthday lunch here and I really enjoyed it! I haven’t been here since it was grungey blue note, I didn’t even know where it was but I was throughly impressed! Really good food and drink, mates could have a goon on the pokies and the smoking area was away but not too far away. Good times!

Nice little bar, good music esp on sunday busker day. Good location, friendly staff. Good beer, Prices were ok
