It gets you from A to B. I've had a few issues with this service so find it a little hit and miss. One time it was over 35 mins late and I almost missed my flight other times it's on time like clockwork. Some drivers are more helpful than others - offering to lift your luggage whereas others can be rude. I like that it has free wi-fi and announces each stop however it is definitely expensive to use. I only ever use with a snapper card.

Great bus service taking you from the airport all the way to Lower Hutt. Good stop locations and quite a fast service despite the distance. Friendly driver.

Please keep this service running. There are some problems but it is invaluable to the Hutt. I don't know how it isn't profitable, they ask a premium price and it is always busy as far as I can see. Please keep this running it is a great service.

a good alternative to taxis, bus is comfortable and some even have wifi. allow plenty of time if peak traffic.

Most convenient mode of transport to the city from the airport at very reasonable prices. The ride is smooth and the drivers are very helpful and friendly.
