      My girlfriend twisted her ankle and it was really swollen. So we went to see the after hours doctors here. We did have to wait abit but it was a lot further to go to hospital and we would have waited alot longer. Doctor was really sweet and polite and dealt with my over the top friend well lol

      I have been here a few times over the years. While I have had some very good doctors and the reception staff are always amazing, I have also had some awful experiences here. Including being misdiagnosed and having my concerns invalidated by an incredibly rude doctor. I made a complaint about him and recieved a sincere apology from management. There are reduced rates for patients of some high need GP practices e.g. Ora Toa and Massey Student Health which makes it more manageable for people on lower incomes to attend here rather than resorting to ED - however this does not seem to be widely known.
