      ***operating as a Tea Garden temporarily (hot and cold Drinks and G.F D.F Sweet treats) Hungry Elephant, Matakana's local Organic Store, Eco-gifts, Café & Organic/No added Sulphite/ Vegan/Natural Bar serves mostly Organic, tasty food prepared fresh at the in-house Deli. Our Kitchen is making food from the scratch! There is FOOD in our FOOD! Our produce is locally sourced/ from Organic and Whole-food suppliers. We serve local Organic wines, use local free-range eggs etc. we serve Breakfast, Brunch and Lunch. *our Bar might be closed for some quiet season **our Cafe is open on Friday, Saturday and Sundays. All the sweet range and some cabinet options are still available on Wednesday and Thursdays. Some of our specialties: .       Always love coming here. The staff are so lovely . The food is nice and healthy and there's plenty of choices. Also love how they stock the RAW protein powder .

      The service here is very prompt and efficient , coffee orders taken a few minutes after being seated. Coffee is good and the food is tasty and well presented as well.

      Really nice cafe excellent locally sourced food, organic and tasty. Salads, pizzas, and all kinds of cabinet food. Vegan options as well. Nice location by a little creek. Friendly service.

      Came here over the weekend for brunch, had the avocado, basil and tomato bagel. The bagel was delicious and the tea was nice.
