Gusto Cafe

It's getting much better than what it was. Service is great. This place is nice and quite, worth visiting when other places are closed or too busy. Food was fine. They just need to do some painting to freshen up the place and a little stock on shelves to sell and it will make the place feel more welcoming.

Has a very nice atmosphere and vibe, staff are really friendly and provide great service. The food is yummy and looks really well presented when it comes out.

Ripper is an Asian food specialist. Gusto didn’t disappoint. We had the specials of garlic pork rib, and staples of dim sim, fried rice, dong po pork, but the star of the table was the Szechuan fish, which was delicately poached in a spicy broth. Service is prompt and unpretentious. Best Chinese we have had in years - Ripper will be back when he returns next year for his annual alpine frolic.

A great dining experince made even better by friendly staff. Food was excellent and our desire for real Chinese food was well and truely satisfied. Thanks to the lady manager who made a big effort to please us.

Now a Chinese food place, I found it to be a bit expensive and boring. Got Singapore fried noodles, which I usually love, but found these to be very plain, and at $20, i would expect it to be very good. On another occasion, I dined in, and though not that busy, I waited 20 minutes for dumplings and a further 20 minutes for soup, though I ordered them at the same time. They tasted ok, but nothing amazing. I have not been back since.
