I recently had the displeasure of having a blocked sewer pipe. I called multiple plumbers, septic tank service ect, with absolutely no joy, the minimum wait time was a week as it "wasn't that urgent". I finally called Vid-pro.... There was someone at my house within 3 hours, and the problem was fixed quickly and without any digging or damage. They were able to use a camera to inspect the pipe and remove the blockage. The gentleman that came out explained everything clearly and was polite and respectful. I was pleased as well with the amount that was charged, as well as the fact they were willing to organize a payment plan. More than happy to use them again and I do recommend them.
