Fresh produce was good quality and meat looked nice and fresh. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice and tidy.

Rude staff, having to go through hoops to get a gift card verified. No apology for all the hassle which took 2 months to sort out. Won't shop in there again.

Very good range of products plus undercover parking. Helpful staff.
Suggestions:
More carpark trolley bays. They are left everywhere.
Individual cakes. They seem to have been withdrawn and there are only large packs and cakes.
Countdown refund policy when overcharging (quite regular and always that way) to be explained to all staff as there seem to be different interpretations.
Policy of refunding full amount (except if operator enters wrong amount)and not difference is great when it works.
