      It was the perfect place to have lunch on the island. We had it in the garden and the setting was beautiful. The food was also very fresh and the chicken was juicy.

      I love Solar Eating House's awesome sun-drenched garden, where you can drink wine or local Waiheke Island beer. I ordered the roast chicken breast, slightly blackened with creamy potatoes, gravy and peanut slaw. Even better than the food, was the stunning view of the ocean. Our waitress was very friendly and the food arrived swiftly. I highly recommend this place.

      Really good wine board, it was a great way for us to try all their best selling wine without needing to have a full glass of each one. Recommend!
