This Warehouse is easy to navigate and is a really nice size. Good range of products

Difficult as it is upstairs so if purchasing large items or large amounts of items getting it down to your car can be hard.
It’s easy to manuover a wheelchair around the store however as aisles are nicely spaced. Pushchairs and strollers also easy to move around the store.

My local Warehouse...... shop here almost weekly.... nice big store, large range of products.... lots of space for the kids to run around ! The customer service team all appear very happy in their jobs, and always helpful! The only constructive feedback I would give (and this is for every Warehouse not just UH) is that there should be more staff available on the floor to help with queries of where to find products.... otherwise I love the place!

good stock levels, okay customer services. Some staff are a bit unfriendly, but most are okay!
I have experienced a few staff having chats about their personal lives with each other while I've been at the checkout, which is kind of weird.
The store layout is generally tidy. I like that they're open later now too.
will still be coming back.
