Great store, the customer service was good. I recently made a purchase from there and the staff were pretty helpful and gave me enough information on the product so that I could buy the product.

Purchased a heat pump from here. The original sales person who organized the quote was away when we went to pay for it. The guy that processed the transaction was very unhelpful when we were asking to see a brochure of what it looked like and dimensions. It was obvious that he wasn't interested in us due to it not being his "sale". We nearly walked out without purchasing the heat pump, the price was what kept us definitely not the service.

Recently purchased white wear from here, had a great experience in store. Great customer service.

Staff member checked for me if they had the microwave I wanted in stock, they didnt, but was advised that another store did have it in stock. Good customer service.
