If you book 3 guys and only one works dont say a thing or they will throw your belongings out of the truck and stealing some and leave you to move yourself. This is the traveling circus that we got! Bill Hammad said he would sort it but did nothing.

Used removal services with Hammonds for moving 3 bedroom house with large double garage. Initially requested 10am but told only job for day needed earlier syart so agreed and booked for 9am. Contacted me to advise held up on previous job would be about an hour late, we followed up at 11am as had no contact and no removalists and were advised they were just down the road 10 minutes away. 3 man crew did a great job and worked tirelessly with good humour and teamwork completing 2 loads - additional crew came to help nearing dusk so it could be completed. Invoice received and needed to follow up start time but this was done easily as they checked the gps system onboard the truck, invoice changed with no further questions.

Professional, very careful, and timely. Shannon, Bill, Wade, John, and Jess provided excellent customer service. Highly recommend. Would definitely use again.
