The team failed to properly service my car and because of that the cambelt snapped while I was driving. When I contacted my auto insurance they would not cover it because the team at Maidstone Auto Super Shoppe failed to notice my cambelt needed replacing. Then the owner decided he would contact his insurance to cover the costs of the bill, when the insurance payout wasn’t big enough he decided to ask me to pay for some of the costs. Paying to fix their mistake isn’t good business!

We recently started getting our cars serviced here, they have offered us quick service and have gone to the trouble to run through every detail of the work they have carried out on your car. They have even let us pay off some of the larger items over a period of time to help us out. They also offer competitive pricing and are very accommodating.
