Staff within the service centre are very nice and informative. Love the Barnes dance crossings; hate the execution of the cycle lane.

Everybody bags on the city councils - but I think it's justified from their useless rubbish service that sometimes doesn't even collect properly prompting me to either babysit rubbish or organize a recollection more than once. Smug & unapologetic excuses from the customer service. We are paying for a service here. ALSO these guys go nuts ticketing locals for any remote infringement they can to make anything back on their huge debts. There's even money laundering and corruption amongst the staff that run rampant, just search it on the net the scandals are all there.
