I went to get some paint made up and had a sample of the colour I wanted. The man was very rude, acting as if he was annoyed at me because I asked for the cheapest way of doing so (it was just to fill in some spots on wall). Apart from that, I've always had good service and the staff willing to help. It is great that there is a cafe adjoined too, so you can get a coffee and something to eat before/after.

I go here when passing by Timaru and parking is good and easy to find. I like staff interaction and also they know what to say, if you need help and give advice too.I usually purchase things I need and take my time in the store.

So many helpful staff in this store - always someone on hand to find anything you need! Staff are quick to put more resources on checkout when there is a queue forming. Lots of great specials instore. And a huge carpark which is really helpful and easy to access.
