Received a damaged parcel from these guys, and they flat out told me that because it was accepted at the door that it was not their responsibility, even though the person who accepted the parcel was not the person it was addressed too and the courier took off before anyone could even have a chance to open. Disappointing.

Were needing a package urgently and it was delayed slightly. The Team at the Timaru depot went above and beyond to get it to us within the timeframe we needed it, was truly a team effot

Courier driver did not even come to the door. Watched her squash my parcel into the letterbox and drive away as it fell onto the concrete. Items were damaged. I definitely cannot recommend

Received item thay had been damaged. Delivered to my address, but not the person it was addressed for. Couldn't claim because the person that received the parcel had " accepted" the parcel as good. Even though they merely got handed the package and the driver took off.
