Countdown Supermarkets

Was a bit disappointed in this store. Was a couple of items I wanted that weren't in stock. And the fruit and vegetables weren't very appealing. However staff were friendly and plenty of carparks.

the lady that served me was really nice i could see that she was a little stressed out but made the time to talk to me and ask what my name was and we had a good confiscation

Stock can be a little hit and miss but seems to be getting better. Smaller fruit & vege area compared to other Timaru supermarkets but staff are always friendly! Have had a few issues with stock being out of date, mainly in the fridges. Not a bad wee carpark and handy double trolleys for the kids.

went in here yesterday to buy fruit and most was soft old or had mould and the loaf of bread I grabbed was past it's date needs to check on stock more regularly
