The Cheese Barn at Matatoki Ltd

After a quick hike I came in here for a coffee and the coffee was amazing I just want to highly recommend this place to everyone

Ended up here as the halfway point of a round trip up the cycle track from Thames. Cheese is made on the premises and they serve a really good sharing cheese platter at a really good price – also do very good pizzas. Highly recommended.

Awesome coffee and food. Great environment for kids and the inner child in us adults with the farm animals at the ready to be hand fed. Beautiful setting, peaceful, relaxing, we will be back.

A huge range of different cheeses and good coffee.

I always stop here if I'm on my way back from a stay in Hahei - it's on the main road so nice and easy to find and stop at. It's beautifully set up, has plenty of farm animals you can pet, the food selection is great (home made pies are delicious!) and they have a huge selection of organic drinks and also tasters in the cheese fridge. Staff are nice too
