To activate this offer: Click on the button or link associated with this offer for the promotional code to be automatically applied to your first Google Ads account. The promotional code must be applied to your first Google Ads account within 14 days of your first ad impression being served from such account.
To earn the credit: After the promotional code is applied to your Google Ads account, your advertising campaigns must accrue costs of at least $600, (excluding any taxes or applicable fees), within 60 days. Making a payment of $600 is not sufficient. The tracking of advertising costs towards $600 begins after the promotional code is applied.
Once 3 and 4 are completed, the credit will typically be applied within 5 days to the Billing Summary of your Google Ads account.
The credit expires 60 days after it is applied to your account.
Credit applies to future advertising costs only. Credit cannot be applied to costs accrued before the promotional code was entered in your Google Ads account.
You won’t receive a notification once credit in your Google Ads account is used up and any additional advertising costs will be charged to your form of payment. If you don’t want to continue advertising, you can pause or delete your campaigns at any time.
Your account must be successfully billed by Google Ads and remain in good standing in order to remain eligible to use the credit.

2023 Power-up your Marketing Offer Terms & Conditions
1.1 Our Terms of Business at yellow.co.nz/terms, any applicable Additional Terms, and these terms apply to the Yellow 2023 Powerup your Marketing Offer (Offer) Terms that are not defined here, are defined in our Terms of Business or the applicable Additional Terms.
1.2 Subject to our eligibility criteria, the Offer applies:
(a) When you place an order for advertising in one or more Yellow 2023 print directories (2023Print Advertising) and sign the Yellow 2023 Powerup your Marketing Offer form no later than the earliest publishing deadline of the directories, as listed in the Print Production Schedule online at >yellow.co.nz >Print Advertising >Key Book Advertising Dates, and submit the offer form to your Yellow account manager and;
(b) the value of the 2023 Print Advertising purchased for all Yellow 2023 print directories specified in the Offer form is the same as or higher than the value of the 2022 advertising purchased in the same directories (excluding GST);
1.3 Depending on the value of the 2023 Print Advertising, the Offer includes (as determined by Yellow):
(a) The provision of a 100% discount against the Qualifying Digital Products (Qualifying Digital Advertising) up to the maximum product value & Initial Term specified on the Offer form attached to these terms and subject to any minimum purchase period (in both cases, excluding GST), or
(b) The provision of Fridge magnets or
(c) Print advertising upgrades as specified on the Offer form. Size upgrade means next available increase in size of the respective Text or Display ad printed in the Yellow 2022 print directory. Colour upgrade is not available for spot colour Text Ads or white knockout display ads.
1.4 The term of Qualifying Digital Advertising commences on the first date of its availability, which may be prior to the publication of the 2023 Print Advertising. In accordance with clause 4.1 of our Terms of Business, on expiry of the Initial Term of any Qualifying Digital Advertising (where applicable), we may provide that digital product/service on a continuing monthly basis at our standard Charges.
1.5 The Qualifying Digital Advertising selected by you does not replace any existing paid digital products/services purchased by you.
1.6 The Offer is not redeemable for cash and the value of any digital discount cannot be transferred, rebated or refunded. No other discounts apply.
1.7 The Offer is provided entirely at Yellow’s discretion and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. In accordance with clause 3.4 of our Terms of Business, we may reject any order made by you.
Termination if you:
(a) terminate any part of your 2023 Print Advertising; and/or
(b) have not paid any amount owing to us by its due date, we may (in addition to our rights under the Terms of Business) refuse to provide and/or suspend any product or service to you including the Qualifying Digital Advertising, and require you to immediately pay in full an amount equal to the full value of the 2023 Print Advertising and/or full value of the Qualifying Digital Advertising provided up to date of suspension and/or full value of Fridge Magnets provided.
Upgrade & Save On Your Print Advertising Terms (2024/25 Auckland Yellow Book)
Upgrade and Save offer only available for advertising purchased in the Auckland 2024/25 Yellow Book.
Offer ends 5pm Friday 29th September 2023.
The Medium Text Ad upgrade replaces the paid listing, caption or bold name enhancements within the same heading.
The Medium Text Ad upgrade charge is $5 per month, which is additional to the current charges for the paid listing, caption and/or bold name the Medium Text Ad replaces
The Display Ad upgrade applies within the same heading of the paid listing, caption or bold name enhancements.
The Display Ad upgrade is not available to replace any existing Text Ad or Display Ad in the same heading.
