New world is in the ideal location. Right next to te puke kids park. The customer service is really good and it's spacious shopping. I noticed there are more deals at this store than at countdown and the deli bar has some really amazing healthy salad options

Staff are lovely here. Good stock. Clean store. Could probably benefit from a few extra self checkouts as the line sometimes go up the isles.

Butchery departments good with special orders, I find the checkout and deli staff need training in customer service
