walked in to view new phones for myself and my hubby..One person at counter serving and two out the back (one was on a break im pretty sure so ill let that person off) . I browsed phones for a while waiting for some assistance then some one walked in after me and the person from out the back came out and served that person first. I had children waiting in the car and didnt have time. The sales person didnt come out and ask who needed serving first. So i walked out. I wanted to purchase two iphones or samsung notes...

Came and bought a phone here. The service this time round was much improved. A young woman helped me and offered to transfer all the stuff from my current phone to the new one.
Very pleased with the products (a couple of lifeproof cases as well) and the service also.

I called in here thinking I may get a new phone. There were people waiting to be served/helped, and there were three staff in the store, all already serving others.
I noticed the people I. Front of me, and went away for 5 mins. Came back and another guy (not the couple waiting) was being helped... hmmm not good service in my opinion. The couple were elderly and obviously had mobility issues and were Indian. I hope this had nothing to do with them being over-looked in the service line!
When I did speak to a staff member, he was helpful and friendly.
The store was clean and modern, just need to attend to customers better in my opinion.

Service has definitely done a dramatic turnaround. Served straight away without delay and even the people coming in got acknowledged. Staff weren’t pushy with trying. To get me to buy a phone I didn’t want or put me on a plan I wasn’t prepared to go on. Good effort
