      Used these lawyers to do the papers when I brought a house here. The initial lady I worked with handed the job to another lady. The second woman and I spent a lot of time on the phone going back and forth over things, some of the time was spent chatting though and so when the bill was calculated, it was well over what the expected cost should have been.
      Once I received notice of that, all of a sudden the initial lady was back on the case! Hmmmm was someone not doing their job efficiently or what?
