I was looking for a specific costume for my kids this morning. I couldn't find someone to help me and went to ask the lady at the counter where you pay. She was quite rude and told me it was out of stock. I asked her if she could order it from another store and she just replied no.

Really cool store. Some awesome sales. Staff are really nice. A bit hard to find specific things you are looking for at times but on the upside, you can come across some gems in amongst it all.

Good range of fabrics and craft supplies in Whangarei. Good parking with wheel chair access. Staff generally friendly and helpful

Great range of craft products instore. Good wool selection always has some wool specials going on.Really the only decent craft store in town.Only downside they always seem understaffed and usual a wait at fabric counter
