The staff are very hit and miss. the manager however he is amazing and always happy to help but the other staff can either be helpful or useless

Purchased a Spacetalk Adventurer watch for my son for Christmas on 13 November 2021. He received it on Christmas Day. We charged it up but the SIM card wouldn't work. A few days later we went in and received a new SIM card. The lady commented oh there is no connection, then gave it back to me to take home. I got home and there was no connection. I waited for a friend to visit to help me as her children have them. She then advised no you will need to take it back to Spark. Sadly, my son's grandfather then passed away. Tried to charge it today to take it in and it will no longer turn on! Was told they would send it away to be fixed. So I paid $369 for a fixed watch not a new watch?!? They told me they didn't know what I had done to it. It's sat in the box the whole time because it has never worked. Told them check the account, there has been no phone calls or texts to or from it as it has never worked. They told me they have discretion to repair, replace or refund and they were choosing to try to repair so my 9 year old has a repaired watch?!? So unfair for a 9 year old. Disgusting customer service. They should be ashamed. I've had a cellphone for 26 years through them and my broadband for 17 years, never missed a bill and I'm a liar because they don't know what I've done to it! Are you that hard up for $369 from a 9 year old? Appalling. Hang your heads in shame.
