i love white hot chocolate. great service, im always greeted with a smile and professionalism. food is good as well. bathrooms are kept clean.

The food here is pretty average. I also find it quite expensive for what it is. However service is always fast and there is lots of nice room to sit in.

Usually great service. However as lovely as the lady serving me was the order was very wrong. 3 Cappuccino with chocolate. 1 chai. 1 vanilla chai. They ended up being all chai. 3 with chocolate sprinkle. Not happy. We'll mark this down as a one off.

Great coffee, great location. Staff could be a little friendlier but nothing too bad. Server took a while but the coffee came out quick once we ordered. Prices are quite cheap on their coffee and they have a lovely loyalty card system which enables people to get free coffees.
I would visit again if I'm in the area

ordered a triple shot flat white to go, though it was busy i was served quickly and it didnt take them to get my coffee to me. Coffee itself was great, one of the nicest one in town.
