Patrick's Pies Cafe & Bakery

The constant stream of customers and the walls lined with NZ Pie Award certificates are testament to the great pies Patrick and his team bake. We were there at lunch time and they were still pumping out fresh trays of pies. The vegetarian pie was amazing, as a vegetarian it was amazing to be able to have a pie from a bakery. Highly recommend!

Such good pies, very hard to make the decision. You come for the food not the decor but the pies are worth it.

They have a massive range of pies, and all their awards look really cool displayed on the walls and when you try their pies it's easy to see why they have them. Their customer service was great and they're reasonably priced pies.

It's a crying shame I have to travel so far for one of Patrick's phenomenal pies. On a recent visit to Tauranga I stopped by and bought 6 for my trip back home. Alas, I did not eat them all in one sitting though!
The Creamy Bacon, Mushroom and Cheese pie was the biggest highlight, I couldn't cram it in my gob fast enough!
