      Unfortunately after-sales care isn't the best at Harvey Norman. I've been waiting for three weeks for my laptop to be inspected/repaired. Very poor communication to date.

      Love the Tauranga store, its not a big as the bay fair store but it has everything you need home appliances wise. Bought our Dyson from there and have had nothing but amazing service from start to finish

      Shopped the Harvey Norman located on corner and 14th Ave. Had a good range of stock and some great specials happening for long weekend. Good range of tv cabinets. Had to go to Mount store to pick up flat pack but the transaction was very easy. Staff friendly.
