Thanks Richard for your review. After reading yours I called Tony and explained briefly what I needed. Tony was friendly, upfront with estimated cost and potential additional costs given that we live in a rural community. Then offered me a slot he had available TODAY. Lucky me. Tony called to confirm he was on his way. On arrival he was again approachable and friendly but what impressed me the most was he removed his shoes without me needing to say. He went on to carry out the work required keeping me informed in a language I could understand (not tech BS) As a female, home alone I felt comfortable with Tony at all times, including needing to be in the master bedroom where he was installing the freeview. Tony gave a quick demonstration of how to use the new toys and offered an after sales service call if I needed. After that I was handed the invoice which was clear and fair. Tony is a true professional and a genuine Kiwi Bloke who knows what hes doing. I too highly recommend Tony to others. Kindest regards Sheena

Really happy with the service I received from Tony. He straight away found faults that had been made by a previous"professional" installer which tells me he knows what he is doing. I also had two other aerial installs to do. Once Tony had assessed the job he let me know costs before proceeding so there were no nasty surprises at bill time. He is the type of professional trades person who does a job right and so it will stand the test of time. I thoroughly recommend Tony to others and would happily use his services in the future.
